We practice strict data minimization. When you interact with our website or submit an order inquiry on our dedicated reservation page, we collect only:

  • Contact Identity Data: Your full name and active Indonesian telephone/WhatsApp number (+62) voluntarily entered on our Order Desk page.
  • Fulfillment Data: Delivery address and courier preference provided during your confirmation call with our concierge team.
  • Technical & Cookie Data: Anonymized IP region, browser type, device viewport, and cookie consent status in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

2. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing

Under Article 20 of Indonesian Law No. 27/2022 (UU PDP), we process your personal data based on your explicit consent and contractual necessity to:

  • Contact you to verify your ALPHA VITALITY package reservation and coordinate courier dispatch within Indonesia.
  • Provide customer support and order tracking updates.
  • Comply with statutory tax, consumer protection, and trade regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.

3. Data Storage, Security & Retention

All personal data is transmitted via TLS/SSL encryption and stored on secure access-controlled servers. We retain order inquiry data only for the duration necessary to fulfill your delivery and meet statutory accounting retention timelines in Indonesia, after which it is securely anonymized or purged.
