By accessing this website or placing an order inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection (Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen).

1. Age Eligibility (18+ Only)

ALPHA VITALITY is formulated exclusively for adult men aged 18 years and older. By submitting an inquiry on our Order Desk page, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in Indonesia.

2. Product Nature & Representation

ALPHA VITALITY is a botanical dietary supplement (60 capsules per bottle) containing plant extracts and amino acids intended to support daily nutritional intake, vigor, and active lifestyle routines. It is not classified or marketed as a pharmaceutical product.

3. Pricing, Currency & Payment Verification

  • All prices displayed on this platform are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) and include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise during concierge confirmation.
  • Submitting your name and phone number on order.html creates a reservation inquiry. Your order is finalized only after our Jakarta concierge team verifies your delivery address and shipping cost via telephone.
  • We support Cash on Delivery (COD) via licensed Indonesian logistics partners (JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat) as well as verified Indonesian bank transfers.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction and product integrity are our highest priorities. You may request a replacement or refund within 14 calendar days of parcel receipt if the outer safety seal is damaged during transit. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement bottles cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be resolved amicably or through the competent jurisdiction of South Jakarta (Jakarta Selatan).
